I don't like any of the options because in all of them I will be dead, and that is no fun at all. But I want to be buried in my old hometowns cemetery cause its beautiful and I have family & friends there.

That was his grand wish in life and he was fortunate to have the postmortem dream come true, except that when the rocket launched the achieved orbit was too low and the capsule with his remains ended up lost in a forest. His remains were found and presumably re-launched but the whole thing is still ironic. Being shot up into space would be very cool, indeed, but the problem there is, like Scotty, the capsules stay up for only a few minutes. At least, that is, with current technology.

For myself, I want to be donated to science, maybe be one of those guys whose bodies are sliced in cross-sections and displayed in a museum.

Cremation for me, preferably with a big bag of weed for my final smoke, incidentally both me and Mrs NCM have our funeral arrangments and final wishes locked in the safe on CD Rom it saves any hassle about type of service, music, who is not to come etc. Some people find it a bit morbid but to us it makes sense.

They do not explode, their air blatter expands because of the pressure differential when they are hauled up quickly, they can swim up if they want and be fine, it's only when they are dragged up quickly that their air blatter expands. You are supposed to take a small needle and poke a hole in the air blatter to deflate it then the fish is fine, they're eyes also bug out too.

I've already thought this one out. See I really don't want to die, and I'd take immortality any day. I know a lot of people are against that, but I just see no point in blinking out of existence when there's still so much to be done, so much to learn! Anywhoo, to continue being a possitive force in the world after death, I want to be burried under a young tree, the type that will grow huge and live for a couple thousand years, and let it absorb me.
