Indoors? How does it vary so much? Do you run your lights during the daytime when the sun is out?

The bottom number (75) is fine. 100*F is very hot...too hot. You need ventilation. Direct ventilation from the light source accompanied by a fan blowing across the tops of the plants and a proper intake of fresh (preferably cool) air would most likely level out temps like that. The highest you should really EVER get is 85*F. After that, you are really risking hermies and even worse...fluffy buds!

i have plenty ventilation but thats how hot it is.... is that ok as long as the air is fresh?

Well, what is your ventilation setup? because "plenty" = "100"????

no its not okay...100 degrees will eventually kill your plants just give it time...i would recommend both intake and outake ventilation for temps that high...your plants will be continually under stress until they eventually die...u gotta figure something out...100 degrees outside is too much so it won't work indoors

Aha...you failed to mention that it was in an ATTIC! Quite an important detail. ;)

Air Conditioner. That's pretty much it. Sorry, bro.

Biological processes of cannabis start to break down at 95 degrees. Temps over that mark for any length of time, and your plants will die quickly from not being able to perform all their little internal functions like photosynthesis.
I grow in an attic and run an ac up there from april 1 to Oct 31, and I'm in New England... it's not pretty, but I'm on exile from my 'real' grow space for the time being.
Also keep yout day/night temp fluctuations below 15' f. 10' is safer. You want to avoid dewfall.

100* is a bit warm. But MJ can thrive in 90* temps no problem at all...does not effect potency one single bit. As long as you have fresh air you'll be fine. If your plants aren't showing any signs of heat stress then keep at it, your bud will be every bit as good as if it were grown in 72*. The vast change in temps will also help stimulate flowering as long as they coincide w/the light cycle (lights=warm, dark=cold). Best of luck.
