Anyone know any that's not too cheesy/poppy and that is hopefully from before the 80s?
I'm kinda liking Bob Dylan's "Mr. Tamborine Man" right now, but I don't know why...

i have found that classic rock is always awesome to make out or enjoy other activities to, especially zeppelin

Very true, blazedbabe...it does depend on the zeppelin, though.
That's the Way/Tangerine/Going to California: YES
Dazed and Confused/Heartbreaker/The Lemon Song: GOD NO
As far as making out, I mean...obviously other activities can be enjoyed to Dazed/Heart/Lemon.

Oooooh! Apologies for double-posting, but I just thought of the ultimate makeout song....
Summer Breeze by Seals and Crofts.
That can't be topped.

I have made out to Bob Seger many, many times! " Come to Poppa" " Her Strut", Main Street". Yeah, baby! Of course its kind of like fast-pace-gonna-lead-to-sex type making out, but it works! God, I LOVE Bob Seger!!!

How does a bit of the less industrial Sigur Ros sound to you? That stuff always puts me in the mood.

I like some classic rock and roll tunes....Jimmi Hendrix is one of my favourites although I tend to put my music player on random so it plays anything...fank sanatra is on there aswell

The greatest make-out album has to be MCMXC a. D., by Enigma. Not only is it very suggestive, it is also almost erotic, when you do pay attention!!

Perfect list would be some Al Green, Otis Redding, Sam Cooke, Chi-Lites, there's a good start.:)
