Digital Scales Recommendation?

Can anybody recommend a small precise digital scale that's reliable, accurate, has easy battery replacement, available in the U.S. by mail, and under 50 bucks? It doesn't have to be extremely small - I only want to check weights when I purchase (usually an oz. or less) and measure out small amounts for personal use.
