right after i log in it always brings me to a page like sayin it doesnt work

also i cant PM my friend :( (i dont think i can PM anyone) (i still get restriction message, how long should i have that?)

Yeah, no PM system is available among members. Mods can PM members, but it's a one-way system used mostly for infractions. If we had private messaging, this place would be hook-up city, which we don't want. If you have some sort of instant message capabilities, you're welcome to post your IM address on your profile page so people can contact you away from the boards.

Well, as you probably know, in some systems, email addresses and IM addresses are dual-purpose. And even if they're not, it doesn't take terribly impressive powers of deduction to realize that if you communicate with someone via IM, you can share your email address that way.

i wouldnt suggest posting your IM screen name here. i did, and i used to get a lot of random IM's from people saying they ghost the boards, or they just joined. right away they would be asking me to hook them up, typically for an ounce.
