question about lights and customs (border crossing)

hey there, i just completed my first grow with some cfl's and eventually keeping our plant outside for 12 hours a day. i'm looking into ordering a 400 watt hps that will be shipped from the states to canada. is it a bad idea to ship the light to the house where the grow will be happening? also what about customs, will they hold my light, or even worse slap huge taxes and tarriff? anybody?

i dont think they would do anything to it, i mean you use them to grow anything indoors, nothing says that its gunna be weed. and i mean the slap taxes and that onto anything right:thumbsup:
