DMT! Anyone wanna give me some info?

Well, my friend's cousin owns 11 Bufo Alvarious toads, and was going to sell me one or so, but I asked if I could just buy some DMT off him instead. He agreed, and I'm getting a gram and a half for $80. (It may be in liquid form and not dried yet, but we're asking if we can get it dried). Well, I've never done any hallucinogens at all, but I've been wanting to try some. I know DMT is considered a hallucinogen, and is produced naturally in the body (or a compound very similar) and has been used in various religions. I've done salvia once (3 hits of 10x extract), and I've heard salvia makes you trip (although I had the MOST minor visuals on that, like at one point when I took my first hit I swear this M shaped thing formed by some drapes was like lit up some, but that's it). Well, I wanna know if anyones tried it. Can anyone give me some advice for tripping for my first time? Thanks, I'll be sure to include a report once I do it, which should be Saturday :)

the venom from the bufo toads doesn't contain DMT, it contains 5-meo-dmt and bufotenine. The experience of 5meodmt is very differnet from dmt.

You should read about 5meodmt and toad venom on erowid. I haven't done it before, but I have heard that it is a very powerful effect, and many people don't think it is fun at all. However, I've only heard experiences with the pure chemical vaporised and not in toad venom.

Vaporized DMT, however, I have some experience with. imo the most immersive, awe-inspiring drug there is. The effect is short, but with a good dose you will be in another universe.

You say you've never done any hallucinogens before, so you should be very careful with either of these, especially if you plan on vaporising or smoking it.

I always get confused which ones in which, but I knew I could people would understand. I figured they were similar in composition, or a similar drug. 5-meo-dmt is in the toad's poison along with bufotenin. I appreciate your comments SomeDude! Could you explain your experience a little bit more if possible? I understand I might be scared as hell, but I'll have my friends watching out for me, and I'll be doing the same. We plan on doing real low dosages at first, because only one of us has ever tripped, and that was the Halloween before the last (on LSD, and it was his only real trip).

And to t0ke, you're right about cannabis being a hallucinogen, though some people don't really believe it, and most people don't really associate the two terms together (because theres a lack of open eye visuals).

I've personally had no experince with 5meo, just heard of others. I could basically only say the same type of thing that is in erowid. I've only personally done DMT

thats not true about open eye visuals man, i was really blazed, lying on my bed, listening to pink flyd, dark side of the moon, and i looked at a poster of molly sims on my wall and she had devil horns and red eyes with flames shooting out. i knew it wasnt real, but the visual just wouldnt stop, so i watched it for a while, very entertained.
