Random test coming up(pretty urgent)

what up so I just got out of a rehab program exactly one week ago. So I come back and obviously starting smking again and I;ve smoked 6/7 days that I have been back. Although last night some shady business went on and my parents knew I was doing something bad and my mom went crazy and said she called this center up around here and is going to have me drug tested soon, but I don't know exaxctly when, she was saying if I failed I would be maybe sent back and that place is a NIGHTMARE, I've also been pee-tested here before and they don't watch you and just have you pee in the stall in the bathroom....I would really apprieciate some advice and tips for this ...as it is pretty urgent as well..thanks

Have you tried doing a forum search? There are a million answers. There is substitution tips, dilution tips, heating tips. Too many to mention.

How long were you in rehab without smoking? The past 6/7 days, been smoking much? What about your body weight? Heavy people carry it in their fat cells longer. Don't drink yourself to death but start drinking as much water as you humanly can. pee it out and drink more and keep doing it.

if you are still living with the parents, sorry man, you need to play by their rules. when you have kids, you'll understand. or at least play it cool enough that they don't know.

Ugh. Guys, it's his personal choice.

If you want to try diluting, don't bother drinking days beforehand, it won't do anything. Instead, read the dilution sticky, it'll give you good tips, or else if you can, substitute. Those're really your two best bets.
