I became very lucky this grow season. My close friends older brother is an experienced grower. He has been at it for the last 10+ years, so hes not a god like grower but he knows what he's doing. He purchased some seeds from Mr. Mark Emery called "Blue Moonshine" which was supposedly a blueberry cross of some sort. After growing it, he quickly thought of it as an amazing strain. Due to personal reasons he is no longer able to grow, but still had 5 or 6 of these seeds left. Knowing someone else who was able to grow out of state, he agreed to give them the seeds if he was allowed to buy some of the yields. Well, all of the seeds he gave them came up to be males. A few months before this, the out of state growers had aquired a "mystery" female plant from some friends and they grew them up to be some beautiful amazingly potent sativa-dominant plants. Having one mother plant of this left, they pollenated the mother "mystery" plant (we now call the strain "mother mystery" quite fittingly) with the blue moonshine male plants they had grown. Now they were set with some 50% MM and 50% BM seeds. After growing this strain out they recrossed it one more time to the pure blue moonshine male and ended up with a Blue Moonshine dominant plant with amazing sativa highlights. These seeds are now what I am growing in my private plot, I have three 2.5ft+ tall plants and about 4 other blue moonshine babies growing, as well as 4 AK-47 plants and some random bagseeds. The blue moonshine crosses are all huge and bushy, very smelly and the 3 bigger ones have already shown sex (FEMALES!). I am posting this thread to see if anyone knows anything about Blue Moonshine and its potency and its heritage, and whether or not they have grown it before and how it turned out for them. Please let me know asap as I am very curious, and thanks to anyone who took the time to read this very long post!
