Ok so i bought an 8th of some really hairy, crystaly, dank $60 an 8th chron last night and smoked a few bowls of it tonight, and didn't seem to get that high. This has happened once before with some other bud like this bud. However, here is where this gets interesting. I had a bowl of shwag left from a looong time ago that i had been saving, so i just smoked that and i am wayyy higher off of that than the 2 bowls of supposed dank i smoked combined. :wtf: Has this ever happened to anyone before?

It kinda happens to me sometimes.. but with joints..

In a day I can smoke like 3 joints and not really feel that much.. then the 4th joint completely fucks me over and gets me more stoned than everything else combined... meh

One other possibility could be that the really good weed was a "creeper" type of weed. It could have been that when you finished the shwag that the high of the more quality was just kicking in. Try having a go at the new bag again and wait a good amount of time before you smoke anything else. Other than that I can't think of another reason.

Also, what quality weed do you normally smoke?

If you smoke something entirely different then what you normally smoke, you will get fucked up as your body isnt quite as tolerant towards that strain. Usually only works for the first few smokes and then its back to normalsville, but thats what I have noticed at least.

Well, weed does frequently get better with age. I've found small amounts of schwagg I lost and found months later, and it was way better than the day I bought the sac.

Its a bust when this happens, but has happened on several occasions to me as well. You pay extra for the super dank stuff and it looks like the best stuff ever and it ends up not even feeling better then mids. Luckily this doesent happen too often, and its not like you paid THAT much extra for this bud, and your still getting high.

All I can say is better luck next time, and feel better knowing this happens to me too. =P

Maybe youre used to a sativa high (mind high), and this weed is an indica (body high), so the difference of the high. It happened with me sometimes, until i learn to feel the difference between the two kinds of high.

If its what happened, you can make the indica stuff more sativa-like heating the weed. Look at:

PS. For all the perfectionists there, the process of converting indica->sativa (CBD->THC) is not decarboxilation, but isomerization. Anyway, it also happens when you heat the weed, so the name of the process is not the matter.

but that does NOT mean that it's THC potent resin...it's just very crystally resin.

Pretendica, lol. I think i may have got some of this. I picked up a half Oz about 5 days ago and the bag looked huge (almost like an Oz) but the buds were really light and fluffy and it weighed out to 14.6 g. After I smoked it I was kinda pissed cause I didnt get that high, also i smoked more because I always thought I had lots left by looking at it, but it busted up crappy. I also had a quarter of hash so I just mixed the weed and hash together and that fixed the problem
