i think my papaya is a male need a pro's help . the pic's not that good will get more . it's only a small set back i'll just need to grow more, dam plant pic 1 papaya.. my lowrider2 is flowering RESULT as u see from the 2nd pic . and my bahia black heads are doing okay to . i've just started more papaya as a result of this .. can u help cheer's happy smokin ppl

It is hard to tell from that pic if the pale streak to the right of the node is a pistil or just a spur... a little blurry... but if I had to say, it would be that it is a bit too soon to tell. How long has it been on 12/12?

It looks female to me but as stinky said it's hard to tell from the pic.

6 weeks seems to early for preflowers. But then again as I observe different plants I notice they all grow at different rates. Is it still vegetating like, what's the amount of light/darkness you give it?

gilly papaya is NOT an auto strain and may not show sex until you switch to 12/12- especially since as you can see the nodes are still opposite, meaning it is not quite sexually mature.
At this point I think it is foolish to try to pin down sex... put it on 12/12 or be patient! :D
