Meeting a Grower

I figured there would be no better place to ask. Currently I pick up my bud thru at least 3 middlemen that i know about. Due to the this, by the time it gets to me the prices are sky high(and i pick up in weight). Can you guys give me any suggestions on how i should go about looking/finding a grower that can supply me?

i live in a big city, and a lot of crazy shit goes down. i like to keep all that crazy shit as FAR AWAY FROM ME AS POSSIBLE. i just dont wanna go around taking any extra risks looking for connects. =\

The fastest way to meet a grower is to become one yourself. Then you can be your own friend and hookup :D

sorry, im just tired of having to deal with all this extra hassle for some quality herb. stinky, youre probably right, but in my situation what you suggested is impossible, so thats why i started this thread. hoping you guys might give me some ideas i didnt think of already...

Thats pretty tough considering most growers keep it pretty secretive. Just meet new people and smoke alot and be cool, you may end up lucky and find one. And if your looking for just better prices just find people with good connections. I live in shitville utah and can get some pretty damn good prices. Just need to know the right people.

its common sense to be secretive. too many people try to pull schemes and scams where im from, which is why im hesitant to go around looking/asking poeple. plus, people talk a lot of shit about prices and what they can(t) get. it happens all the time, somebody tells me some amazing number and theyre never able to come through with it.

Hey man if your in a big city, DONT go in the rough parts, just relax.

Lets see here...first think colleges....look for stoners/hippes/ just tokers....If I were you...check out colleges bro....If you feel sketchy or nervous...turn around and walk away...just be releaxed and observe...Start off at a 20 sack and if all goes well, go from there

Just grow your own. I got sick and tired of having to go through all the hassle of tracking down dealers and dealing with shady people just to often get subpar herb.

If you are dealing (especially in the states) I would not waste your time. The little money you make is not worth the risk and your time could be used more productively elsewhere.

Grow some personal prime bud and work on a career that will be risk free and make you much more money than dealing weed ever would.

I mean imagine how much weed you would need to move in order to make just 60k plus $ per year in revenue let alone profit:wtf:

Well, you could just go to a book store, such as Barnes and Noble, and be in the gardening section of books, which has tons of cannabis cultivation books, and just sit down and read them, and wait for others to come and look at the same books. You could start conversation this way.

In fact, someone might even approach you, and recommend a specific growing book. I've never made any connections or spoke directly about any grows, because I like to keep quiet, but I could have.

In fact, the other day, I was in Barnes and Noble getting the latest issue of Cannabis Culture. I sat down in the chair, to read High Times as well. Well, someone else came and also went directly to the high times magazine and sat down and started reading it. So, that's a way to meet other fellow stoners and growers. He started talking to me about my Misfits shirt, because he had one on as well, but I just kept quiet for the most part, until he left.

what ever man people here who grow in the states make a shit load of money.In the States a good ounce is at the very least 325 and hell that is steal in itself to be honest.I know a grower(close relative) who makes at least $10,000 a month off of growing.

weed+friends+patients= sharing not for profit. Generally speaking grows for profit suck(dont get me wrong but must dont take the time to do the job right), the best dank i smoke is mine and my friends
