Cottonmouth??

I recently harvested some NL from seeds I bought online for the first time. And I swear - I get the most abrupt case of cottonmouth faster than any other pot I have smoked (I'm 49 - 35 years and counting). I have never noticed before - do different strains do different things like this to you? I realize different strains cause different highs - but for some reason this stands out.

...I only get cottonmouth from my LATE harvest weed (amber trichs and couchlock). The early and prime time harvest weed doesn't do that, only the munchies.

I have only gotten cotton mouth once, but when I did it was really bad. I probably don't get it though because I'm always drinking water or something while I'm smoking.

i get cottonmouth everytime and it sucks..it doesnt go away that easy either i usually have to wait it out because drinking doesnt seem to help:(

thats why when i never even think of blazing without having my gum on hand. Haha just kidding but it helps.

9/10 i have gum or my friends have gum, the flavor is intensified by the high (so if you get a sweet one it tastes super sugary) and keeps your mouth super wet.

wow - I am blown away by how many don't get or never had cottonmouth. I assumed EVRYONE did - I really did - and I'm an old fart. At least all the folks I've smoked with have had it. Maybe it's the long term effects of the 1976 paraquat spraying! :thumbsup:

when I get cottonmouth i will eat a juicy fuji apple, and the c.m. goes away. A popsicle works as well

I do the exact thing because it eliminates the weed breath and when your high its like pinball in your mouth and you have something to chew on so your less likely to get the munchies or cottonmouth.
