I'm sorry if anyone has asked these questions but I've not seen them in the forums so here they are.
I am going to a new doctor for the first time in a while for a referral so that my insurance will cover for my tonsil removal.
From what I hear full lab work will be needed, supposedly so that "he knows how my body is". How true this is I dont know but I wanted to know if
1. will it show up that I smoke weed?
2. Do I actually have to do the lab work so the doctor will actually take a look at me?
3. Will the insurance deny the coverage if weed turns out on the tests? (My insurance is the teacher's association (mom's a teacher), and if it helps this is all based in Puerto Rico.)
4. Will the doctor not give me the referral if I tell him I smoke?
Thanks in advance for any info.
