"Why is green Illegal?"

Because, I believe, the government thinks they wouldn't make much money from it, if it was legal. People would grow their own. Yeah, you can brew your own beer at home, but it's really a chore. I don't grow, but it'd be fun to try, without fear of getting busted.

Personally, I believe that once we get a more liberal president here in the U.S.A., we'll see a relaxing of the pot laws. The government could make SOOOOO much money from it, by taxing the hell out of it, (like cigarettes). I also think the quality of pot sold by the cigarette companies, (who already have namebrands and logos ready for their marijuana line of products), would be mind blowing. I'd only smoke them if there were no additives and chemicals put in them. Can you imagine big companies, like R.J. Reynolds, competing together, to see who can come up with the most potent pot possible, for their consumers?

Just becase alcohol is legal doesnt justifiy making marijuana legal. Now dont get me wrong i support the legalization of marijuana 100% but the alcohol/cigarrette being legal so weed should argument is completely stupid.
Simply because one thing is legal, doesnt mean that something that is safer deserves to be legal.
Consider this though if alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and even asprin where all discovered for the first time today marijuana would be the only one to be legal. My point is that it is not the substance itself that makes it illegal but the biased beleifs of the government officals and the lobbyiest (<sp?) for the major alcohol and tobacoo companies that keep it illegal to continue their flow of profit. Simply put alcohol and tobacoo are legal because rich white men make them, and marijuana is illegal because it is associated with the lower degenerate social classes beleive it or not, its true.

because the CIA and DEA smuggle drugs themselves, and if it were legal, they'd not be the biggest drug dealers in America. They trade weapons for cocaine, heroin, cannabis, and other drugs. This is well documented, look it up on google: the CIA and the war on drugs. It's also illegal because people in the past have used cannabis to blame things on society in a very ignorant way, to further their advances in their careers. If you don't believe me, look it up yourselves. The war on drugs is not a war on drugs, it's totally fake. Just remember that our friends over in the CIA and DEA are the ones who are polluting our cities with drugs like heroin.

Racism and propaganda made it illegal, and ignorance and more propaganda is keeping it illegal.

That's the question that everyone asked, No one really knows why it's still illegal..

The answer why it became illegal is racist in nature....

Every drug law came from the belief that one culture can handle themselfs with drugs and others cannot.

That's all very true, too. That's how it first became illegal. But it's still illegal because our good pals over in the CIA and DEA like to smuggle in drugs to sell! And if it was legal, what drugs would they have to smuggle in and sell? It's one of their main ways of income for the agency. Also, they always under-size the real sizes of the busts they make, so that they can take however much they left out, and re-sell it.

the main reason that bud is illegal is because it causes short term memory loss. other than that, the government really has nothing bad on it.
