I'm stuck in the period from June of 1966 to September of 1972.
Not really, but I do favor that era of musical, artistic, sartorial, and political expression.
Every decade has good and bad music, art, fashion, etc...

LOL yeah I was gonna say I'm pretty sure you had to actually be alive during the 60/70's to be "stuck" in them now...

I like a lot of music from those eras though, but to be honest, my music's here and now and totally rockin'.

And bb, LOL, you love rubbing it in about those 185 episodes huh? I'm catchin' up to you, trust that.

i wouldn't say i'm stuck in the seventies, it's more like a lot of the sixties and seventies got stuck on me. over the years i have tried to fit into other decades, but my true colors always seem to leak through.

They were a great two decades... Riddled with creativity, love, art, music, but they had their fair share of downfalls, too. The Baby Boomers gave us Soccer Moms- Never forget that.

I really enjoyed the revival during the 90s, though- a lot of key elements from the 60s and 70s really shone through. All I hope is that we can get out of this funk we're in now, and start making some REAL music and art...

I was born in the mid eighties, so I am certainly in no place to judge the 60s or 70s, but from the stories from my parents and other boomers (in addition to the AMAZING feats of music accomplished during said times) I must admit I really would have liked to see 'em.

I finally figuered out what they were trying to do in the Haight with the whole hippie movement after tripping on acid for two years. It seems cheesey on a surface level but there was so much to it.
