I know kids who's first breath was a cannabis hit, administered by their father who was a member of the Zion Coptic church.
Both kids are perfectly normal, and last I heard they were in college.
The folks in the video should have been more responsible, but calling it a tragedy only applies if the law breaks up their family. It's just plain foolishness from both sides, IMO.

Weed has never ever been conclusively proven beyond a doubt to be in any way harmful to the development of children. Who knows? Maybe the occasional joint as a toddler would help to develop a creative mind and a resistence to the Man.

See, when I have kids, my policy on weed is going to be that there first time has to be with me (and I'd buy it); my worst fear is that they'd wind up having a negative reaction and they'd be in a setting where people would take advantage of that. Then I'd pass on little rules and advice, like try to buy from and smoke with people you trust, don't bogart, pass to the left, etc. :-P
