try the orange dry mixed with dry red wine, a little lemon juice, brandy, and float some strawberries in it... it's a GREAT sangria for lazy people. 1 bottle wine, 4 shots brandy, 3 tbsp lemon juice, and soad to taste... usually 4 cups or more for a bottle of wine.

ive heard that coca cola and shit like that takes calcium from the bones, its a certain ingrediant in there... and frankly i dont think they are that good anyway so i would rather just have water or a gatorade or something like that....
