What is the physically smallest but best light to grow marijuana under?
I am talking about a bulb that can possibly go in a lamp or somthing inconspicuous.

You could get a 70-watt High pressure sodium but it would also require a ballast and a mogul lamp socket. However you could hide the ballast away from the lamp if you wire it yourself or buy a remote ballast. CFLs can simply be put in regular sockets but they're not very bright and you would really need more than one unless you get a 200-watt CFL or something....

CFL's are what your looking for. Compact Fluo Lights.

They're the curly energy saving ones, but you'll need more than one. Try about 5 - 10. And you'd need to get the highest wattage possible.

But if your planning on growing in your parents house without them knowing, dont. They WILL find out and you'll be fucked. Also, if you get busted they do too.

If you want to grow, you need to know how to or it'll all be a waste of time. Do all the reading you can, go through the facts and educate yourself, and THEN ask questions.
