Stride Gum Wrappers

So the other day we 2 friends and I were blazing out of my bong, and I put a fat nug to plug the hole and then ground up the rest of the herb. Problem was, after we finished that bowl, I realized the rest of the herb was ground up. I was wondering what to plug it with and I thought of using stride gum wrapper. It is apparently made out of 100% rice or something like that.

I ripped a piece, crumpled it up, plugged it, and it worked perfectly. Anyone know if its alright to be smoking this? Comments?

Prolly isn't too horrible for your health but it just sounds like a shit idea. Try to find a screen to use there instead.

I have a glass bong with a diffuser stem, is the screen I would buy A. available in glass and B. Able to be put onto my bong, or would I have to buy a whole new stem piece in general or something

I've never used a glass screen myself, but I would imagine you could buy one that would fit.

Buy brass screens for like 99cents. You can buy them at places like 7-11 or at any head shop.

I don't know why you'd get a glass screen (never even heard of em) 'cause it's gonna get res'd up fast and cleaning will be necessary.

I use metal screens with glass sometimes, but a lot of people would frown upon this. You just have to find a metal screen that is the right size and kinda bend/shape it so it stays in the bowl.

it's not going to stay in at first, it'll be loose but after getting it sticky enough (mm resin), it'll just stay in there. I also have a glass stem, here's a pic of the screen in the bowl and a pic of the screens.

just get the shake and smush it up into a nug to plug it up with. sometimes i just get a small stem chunk and throw that in there to plug it up.

rice paper sounds fine but you never know
