I smoked about 24 days ago and for about a week or something I havn't been feeling normal,it seems like I'm not in reality anymore,if I go somewhere and come back home it all seems like a dream of what I just did,if I do something,a little later it seems all dreamish...things arnt how they used to be,I feel like Ive lost touch with reality litterally. I know the weed had to cause this because nothing else could of,I even looked online and I believe it has...when will I feel normal again? Everything is all dreamish of everything I do...Whats wrong?

24 days after? That's very odd indeed. But I have heard similar stories on occasion, and they always go back to normal. While this sort of thing is extremely rare, it seems to happen to someone every so often, unfortunately.
In the meantime if you want to get over this:
- Drink plenty of water and get some excercise, enough to work up a sweat.
- Get some chewable vitamin-C supplements and take 3,000-4,000mg a day (this dose is more than safe), and take about 400IU vitamin E with it to help absorbtion and longevity. Also take 100mcg Vitamin B12.
- Get some sunlight every day.
- Make sure you're getting good sleeps, not too long or short. If you're having trouble sleeping, you may want to try melatonin (it's a powerful sleep hormone you can buy over the counter).
And if any orcs offer you a toke, don't smoke their stuff!

Was it the first time you smoked?
The first time one of my friend's smoked, she was freakin' out for weeks.
Basically, she just didn't know what high felt like, and couldn't tell the difference between being high and sober and it fucked with her.
Smoke again, or don't. Weed won't cause any severe mental defections so don't stress..you're not going crazy 'cause of the bud.
Reefer madddddness.

Gandalf is on the right track, but you need the full spectrum of
"B" vitamins, although B12 can work wonders by itself! Fish oil also helps mental processes, as well as being good for your heart. Ginseng, ashwaganda, eleuthero and gingko are good for your brain and body in several different ways. Go for walks in the woods/park. Do a little yoga or weight lifting or whatever. Eat healthy food and lay off the McJunk. Talk to a good friend or a psychologist or your doctor. Maybe even pray a little.
I went through a similar state a few years back while under some extreme stress. How's life treating you, lately? Any hassles? It took me several months to snap out of it. Didn't matter if I had pot (which was rarely, back then) or not. By the way, it started in a "no pot" time. The thing is, I DID get out of it, so take care of yourself and you should too.
I'd lay off the pot until "reality" returns and then use it cautiously for a while. There are, apparently, a few rare individuals in which pot can set off mental problems. Hopefully, your toking and the "unreality" feeling are not related. If it continues, talk to your doctor at least.
In the meantime, try to enjoy it as much as you can- people pay good money to get high (experience a changed reality) and you're getting it free! If you can't change something, try to see the humor in it, when possible.:D

How much do you ussually get?I normally get enough sleep, right now it's the summer but during school I got less than 7 hours of sleep sometimes, the weird thing is that after I smoked a couple weeks I was fine and normal and then all of a sudden this "feeling" starts happening...I feel alot more comfortable considering a few of you guys have went through this...and when does it go away? Ive been taking Complex b pills and fish oil right now to help...Thanks.
Also I find it hard to remember things that happen...it seems more of a dream and a blur when I think back to it.

When I was a n00b smoker I'd only smoke like on the weekends or once in a while.. and usually the day after I was still like fuzzed with reality and it felt dream like.. never bothered me. I loved it.. I would laugh at the weird choppiness in my vision. Shit, why would you wanna be stuck in reality all the time? isnt that what you try to get out of when you smoke weed? lol you're not going to die.. and it'll go away soon.. remember everyone gets affected different by everything in this world.. we are all different.. so just deal with the cards your dealt, don't freak out :] Happy blazing man
