1. Do any of you know if Old Navy drug tests at the lowest level of employment? (the website says "it may include...", and the post about this from the past was from 2006, so maybe they changed their policies)
2. The interview for this Old Navy deal is on Tuesday, the 19. I haven't smoked for...lesee...a little over a week. I've been drinking a lot of water, and exercizing a lot. I'm 4'9, 96 lbs. In the past month, I had like a week straight of smoking, and then a few more times of light smoking. Do you guys think I can make it, if Old Navy drug tests? I know this is probably an arbitrary question, but I just wanted to get all your lovely opinions! Thanks!

I know someone who just started working at Gap and they had a drug test and Gap owns Old Navy (and Banana Republic). I think you will be close to passing but no one can tell you for sure with that smoking history. You can pick up a home test at a drug store for about $15 or online for $2 plus shipping but you may not have time for this. Test yourself using the first void of the day, which is the dirtiest. Don't drink a lot the night before your home test or this will skew your results. If you don't pass look at the substitution or dilution stickies at the top of the forum. There is no need to force feed yourself water, it won't help clean you out. Stay hydrated but don't go crazy with drinking until the day of the test if you opt for dilution.

i dunno... i drank like 5 gallons of water before my test and i smoke a lot, and smoked the night before the drug test.. and still passed.. i think it all depends on the person to be honest with you.. and this test was for home depot ..

Don't fret yourself over something so trivial...fork out 20 bills and buy you some synthetic urine...it is easy and stress free..you dont have to drink gallons..you just go to your test and pour it in the cup and you are scot free...you screw over corporate america with their invasion of privacy test...and you get the job...it is a win, win for you..

That's different then drinking tons of water for a week before your test. You can't clean THC metabolites from you body that way but if you do this on the day of the test you are diluting which can work. Dilution works by increasing water content of the urine which drops the THC metabolite concentration below the cutoff, not by cleaning you out. :thumbsup:

ehh...I have a fast metabolism...I'll test myself the day before the interview and if it looks bad, I'll just postpone the interview. I think I can make it.
