Too tight? and a gravity bong.

So cuz im sucha balla, my joints are really tight, but it seems like its hard to get smoke out my j's cuz its so tight, i also dont use a roach paper, i just roll it up and smoke out one end. I was thining about making a gravity bong, anyone got a tutorial on that?
