I don't know what happened but it seems like after I got done smokin' this weed my right ear just keeps hurting, like a sharp pain in it. Oh my God, this hurts. Hope it goes away but could anyone tell me what could cause this?

Is it deeper, like in the eardrum, or more on the outer cartilage? If it's deeper it's probably sinus pressure. If you don't think that's it, maybe an ear infection.
I can tell you though, when I was a kid I got an ear infection that just couldn't get better. Finally I decided to lie on a heating pad, and I accidentially fell asleep. When I woke up 2 hours later my ear was hot as hell of course, but the infection was cured.

Whoa lol. I have been blasting my iPod all day and didn't even think of that. Probably the reason why :-/. Note: I love breaks, one bowl and I'm faded lol. Earlier at the mall I tried laying down on a bench and I went down too fast and my neck hit the arm rest and God it's been hurting SO bad. Now I barely feel it xD. I just hate that pain in my ear.

Sometimes when I get earaches I can get rid of them with Advil (or some form of ibuprofen) and Benadryl. And yes, turn that music down, hun, before you go deaf.
Good Lord, I've just turned into my own mother. That was what she used to yell up the stairs at me.

As simple test for inner ear infection is pull straight down on the earlobe. If this is very painful you probably have an infection. In addition to the meds Birdgirl suggested, try a decongestant like Sudafed to help relieve any pressure that might be causing the pain.

Won't dental problems cause earaches, sometimes?

Actually that would explain why lately when my left wisdom tooth hurts, my left ear starts to burn really hot.

Lol Birdgirl love ya, my ears are fine now. Haven't been blasting iPod. I dunno what I'm gonna do though, when I cut the grass I don't wanna hear "BRRRRRRRRRRR" so to block that out I just turn my iPod up to where I can hear it. Usually it passes the time to listen to your favorite music. What should I do? :p
get some headphones that dont wedge down into your ear. i had that problem for awhile too, unless you are working out those other ones are uncomfortable, bad for your ears and hurt if you wear them too long. what im saying is use ear phones not ear buds
