yall keep talkin bout pH levels n all types of confusin stuff but since marijuana is a weed wont it really just grow in spite of itself, so is all that blacklight, laboratory, greenhouse stuff necessary to get some good, smokeable, doof?

Lol, of course Cannabis can grow on its own (how do you think it grew and evolved so much without as much human contact as it has now?)... but then quality is not ensured. All of those steps are steps taken to grow some GOOD cannabis... not ditch-weed.

Lol, if you let it grow on it's own, outside somewhere, it'll probably be a lot lower than mid.

However, it might come out all right, something decent to smoke for yourself. You really can't lose if you have some bagseed you want to drop somewhere and come back in 3-4 months. I wouldn't sell it though, quality might be inconsistent and make someone mad. And pollination would lower quality.

yea, but ive always jus brought pounds and sold ounces, im tryin to grow some weed i can sell, not some amazing super bud.

Growing will give you more of an appreciation for this fine plant, beyond what it can do for your wallet....

Dude, just go ahead, and plant your little seeds somewhere. Check it near Fall to see if it's good to harvest. You need to test the bud out to determine its quality since most people around here do serious indoor/outdoor grows where you KNOW you'll get decent bud if you don't screw something up.
