I was browsing a medical marijuana forum, and people were talking about how they took 1/2 to 1 tsp of vape leftovers, grind it up, and mix it with yogurt or oj and drink it up. a lot of people confirmed it to work. im gonna try it soon, ill report back.

It wouldnt work with OJ. Maybe the yogurt if it's high in fat. Your better off cooking it in fat to get the best effects from it. Remember, not only has THC got to be disolved into fat so our stomachs can absorb it [we havnt got cows stomachs] but the bud will already have been vaped, so you've got less THC anyway.

i wonder just how much thc is even left in vaped buds?

lip its just like heating bud and eating it, which there was a thread about earlier, it has already been decarboxylated, so it doesnt need to be extracted. eating it in a fatty substance would probably be more effective though

Exactly my point. Because you've already lost alot of the THC you'll want to get the most you can out of a small amount.

And the amount of THC left depends how hot the vape is, and if you've already ground it up before putting it in the vape.

For exmaple, if you grind your weed and vape it as hot as it goes you'll have hardly any THC left, if any at all, compared to just putting a bud in and getting some THC that hasnt been vaped.

i always thought those things were rubbish. im sure theyre not, judging by popularity, but theres something about them that turns me off.

It does work, how well depends on a few things, like initial quality of the weed, amount of volatiles removed by vaping the amount of fat that is able to bind the thc molecules and amount total vapeovers used per amount of edible . I have confirmed this works and would say that sometimes the results are good to very good.
