Yellowing leaves.

Ive got one plant that has really yellow leaves, mainly old ones, Is this nitrogen deficiency or overdose cause the veins are very light green and the tips are brown.

Any help is good

REally old ones, is it in flower?
That is normal.
It's just the plant using up stored N.
