I'm not starting a bunch of threads about fakeboobsrule and obsessing about them. My member name is meant to be silly and funny anyway. It isn't so much about asking all the questions it is actions. Since I don't know what you do in your life I can't say for sure but I just wanted you to be aware of it. Take for example watching porn. There is nothing wrong with watching porn but if it starts to affect your relationship with others then that would be a problem. Let's say your g/f is at work and you are bored and you watch some porn. No big deal but if you are watching so much porn that when she comes home you don't really care and you don't have a normal relationship with her because you are watching too much porn then that would be a problem. You know she might be in the mood but you have watched so much porn you aren't in the mood and this goes on most nights or you are spending all your money joining porn sites or you stay inside watching porn
then that would be unhealthy behavior. Obviously this is an easy one to spot but there are more suttle ones you may not notice.

To answer your original question, despite what my member name is this is almost like comparing apples to oranges. There are some many variables in both real and fake. For fake it depends on the doctor (there are a lot of hack plastic surgeons out there), the surgical approach (through the underarm, under the fold, through the belly button even), placement of the implant (under the muscle, above the muscle), implant size, implant shape (yes there are several shapes/profiles), healing process and complications (capsular contraction, shifting, etc) and many more. I don't think I have to mention the variables in real boobs. A perfect breast augmentation results in a breast that you can't tell is fake and ends up resembling a perfect real breast, not sagging but not up under the chin, no large divide between the breasts as well as the implant isn't visable under the arm near the arm pit, not hard like a rock, etc. Overall I prefer fake but not just any fake boob. I can barely remember what a real boob feels like because 9 out of the last 10 girls I have been with-----all fake and all magnificant.

Whoever said that girls who get fake boobs because they have no self esteem this isn't entirely true. I know many girls who have gone only from an A cup to a B cup merely to help even out their proportions and fit better in clothes, not to get attention and people staring at some massive rack. You wouldn't even believe me if you saw some of these girls because you would be like that is too small to be an implant under there. Did it help improve their self esteem? I'm sure it did but did they start off with no self esteem, no not really.

What was on a couple of weeks ago, Ms. Universe or whatever. Ms. Japan won and she had fake boobs and I think she beat Ms. Brazil and she too had fake boobs. Half the top ten had fake boobs.

Good question for CC up above, FakeBoobs. I was feeling concerned about the same thing, and I took down the Tight or Loose thread for the use of a particular word. I meant to do that last night when it went up.

I have only felt what fake boobs feel like a couple of time on two of my best friends after they got theirs. It really was a boost to their confidence when they got them, and they were both practically concave before the augmentation. I don't have a problem with implants at all, and you're right that when they're done well, they look like perfect natural breasts and feel that way, too. My friend Steph who got hers a long while ago and had them done before they began routinely installing them under the muscle, so over time she's had some hardening and encapsulation of the implant, which she says gives her breasts a hard, unnatural feel now. She could have them re-done, but I don't think she cares any more. She has some other health issues to worry about now.

I'd sort of like some implants myself, but I don't expect I'll do that. Mine still feel and look fine even though they're a modest C and I've nursed a baby. Fortunately I breast fed when I was very young, so they bounced back well. I feel better from a mammogram imaging/cancer detection standpoint sticking with the original models.

I can't speak for Birdgirl or for first hand info but most girls that I know who experience nerve damage or loss in sensation are those girls who opt for a through the nipple surgical approach. I do know one girl who had her surgery done through the fold under the breast and her nipples are hard 24/7 but she likes that and she didn't loose anything at least.

There are so many options you and your wife should do some research not only into the options available but into the doctors in your area. Like I said some plastic surgeons are amazing others can be real hacks.
