Welp, somehow the timer got turned to on instead of auto and one of my 1000 watt lamps stayed on an additional 6 hours than it should have. I induced flowering two weeks ago tomorrow. Curious if you guys have had any experience with this... and what happened? I've never made a mistake like this, guess there's a first for everything. Any opinions welcome.

I just hope these bitches don't go back to vegging... this is the first and only time it will happen this run. I have no fucking clue how it ended up on auto instead of on. Probably yesterday when I went in there to bomb, I had to turn the exhaust off as well as the air cooled hoods...perhaps I did it by mistake in the dark. Next time it gets checked several times before leaving the room.

Luckily I am only two weeks into flowering which I think creates less of a problem. The extra six hours isnt a huge huge deal compared to some stories I'm reading on this site..of two, three straight days of lights on when flowering...that I believe would cause a pretty big problem.
Hopefully this doesnt. =)

Just one 'long day' for flowering plants won't hurt anything.
However, stuck on for 2-3 days continuously would indeed begin to cause stretchy buds.
She'll be right, mate. :)

Yep, hope so! It def. wont happen again I am checking that fucking timer every time I switch shit around in there again. Typically everything stays where it is, but I had to bomb and move things for a few different reasons, musta just bumped it up to on instead of auto. At least I caught it within a short period of time.

Dude, I'm guilty too. I cooked a couple mother plants this week because I failed to return the water pump timer to regular mode after doing some maintenance in the op...
Moral of the story? Don't blow a shitload of cones and go work in the op. :D
