From what I know of them, they are THC gumballs, and yes if made correctly they should get you high.

There was a lot of shit over this a month or so ago saying that weed dealers and the like are trying to market to kids. They also sell them at some med dispensaries I would imagine.

Not positive though as I live in a state that doesn't consider cannabis to have medical benefits.
