So I've read about and experienced the negative effects weed has on building endurance. My question is do edibles have the same effect as smoking on your cardio-vascular system? I'm trying to train for a triathlon, because I'm a very active person, and love to workout..and at the same time I don't want to quit smoking entirely, because it does a lot of good for my anxiety..Would eating a cookie everyday do the trick? or would that still screw me up?
