And we want to smoke a blunt. He got his top back wisdom teeth pulled on thursday. He smoked the day he got his teeth pulled but it was only like 2 bong hits....now we want to hit a blunt and its been three days...so is it safe? He is worried because he thinks the blunt might be real bad, but hes not in any pain...so is the blunt safe to hit?

He should be okay, but tell him to take it easy on the pulls he takes. If he inhales or tries to suck the smoke too hard, that can cause his clots to blow out, followed by extreme pain known as dry socket, then a visit to the dentist where they freeze you up, make thos wounds bleed again so they can clot them with this nasty tasting clove shit. Ask me how I know. ;)

yeah it does. stuff it with guaze and it really helps. i smoke cigs so thats what i did.
i dont condone smoking with an open wound like that though..smoking increases inflammation like 3x or 300% or something..but thats as far as I know about cigs.
its all about negative pressure.
bite on guaze and suck your hits lightly.
Stellar

Your big worry with smoking after dental surgery like this is a dry socket.
Something like the scab falling off too early or whatnot, I believe.
My friend that got one was in such pain that they prescribed valium for it, and he wasn't just hamming it up to get narcotics. He didn't smoke cigs, either. Just weed.
Its actually been common among people I know to get dry sockets from marijuana smoke, exclusively, now that I think of them all.
Me. I smoked cigs and weed after dental surgery and didn't get one. Its hit or miss, but a painfull hit if you get one. Im just lucky that I heal like an alien.
