so if i just take a knife and scrape the resin out of my pipe onto a paperplate, and mold it into a ball with my hands? or how to i make a ball out of it. and is it true that resin gets u fucked up? b/c the only reason i wanna clean it is so i can get really fucke dup, i have weed to so..

if i have alittle weed and not enough for a full bowl ill scrape then mix em together people might think its a waste...but it gets me high and makes resin burn better makes it dry n crumbly

Good shiznit in a pinch my friend. I have scraped resin for the emergency bowl on many occasion. That is when you truly reach 'pot head' status. haha :rasta:

by definition, resin is the burnt sticky remains of a plant (obviously not ash). whether it is tobacco or weed, there will be tar. resin really isn't healthy. i mean, come on, it's BLACK, lol.

it's also a messy job to scrape resin, so if you want to scrape, put ash on your fingers so the resin doesn't get caked in your fingers. it may fuck you up, but why do it if you have weed?

I have really good dank weed, and I _hate_ smoking resin. It's disgusting and makes me wanna throw up. I'd rather go sober for a month than smoke resin.

Not something you want to do if you have bud on you. It will get you high, but isn't exactly good for your lungs. Plus it tastes like ass.

I have also heard of Hash being referred to as resin. Hash is generally more potent than weed, but you don't make it from scraping your pipe.

But yeah, it will get you through a dry spell, but it isn't something you do if you have other options.

Guys i guess u are all in america , in the UK the resin is more ketamine or boot polish , bee wax , dog sht , candle wax , cooking oil etc etc etc etc than cannabis resin, the llst is endless , and the resin is disgusting .
resin imo is to help the plant retain water by refraction ,put off insects and deter animal attack . What u scrape from a bong or a pipe is in essence resin , but id say was more on the line of carbon and tar , and yes we've all scrapped the pipe inside out at some point , and yes we all know its bloody awful , but an emergency supply only .
Resin unless 12 hrs old an 10 meter resin , i,e, dosnt get farther than 10 meters from the maker , starts to deteriorate rapidly , quickly only leaving the brain numbing soporific annihilation , leading the uneducated to think they r either high or stoned .
Im a bush lover not a resin smoker , start with the #1 an stay there , anything else risks being an imitation in the UK .

Sounds like u got some pretty bad soap there bud. As far as resin goes, for me it doesnt taste that bad and u get pretty fucked up. It all depends on what you've been smoking in your pipe. If you have been smoking shwag u will get stuff that wont really get u high, but if you've been smoking nug then u will get better resin. Correct me if im wrong but that's been my experience.

You've gotta have a decent amount of resin...

You can't have just smoked last night and then scrape your piece...

If you get it hot it will burn, it just won't really stay cherried... Just smoke it like you would weed though...

yeah definitly don't smoke resin if you have bud. it is for emergencies only. it has a lesser taste for sure. but when you are in a pinch it gets you through.

hmm smell doestn bother me at all, i had probly a resin ball probly the size of 4-5 mm in diameter. and it didnt really taste or smell that bad at all. but wow when i smoked all that kief that was at the bottom of my container wow did i get fucked up... completely fucked up, was more stoned than ive been in a while, off one hit ....it was a huge hit, i almost puked b/c i coughed so much, but still it was amazing..

Resin isn't that unpleasant to smoke. I usually use a paper clip to scrape and then stick it to the paper clip and smoke it through a tube. It will get you stoned its just a different high.
