Well i germinated 3 Afghan beans last week and now they are in 1.5 inch RW cubes and have grown very very minimally! the little heads have just barely poked out of the top of the cube...i have had my light rack over them and had a clone dome over them for humidity for the entire time. lights have been on 24/7. Misted the dome every day before and after work. Im wondering if im doing something wrong like having the dome on them and they arent getting enough light, or if the lights being on all the time is a problem? temperature isnt a problem so im not sure what to do...Any suggestions?

you can always soak the rockwool in a new stable nute solution and see if that helps
as long as the dome is letting light in umm if you notice a lot of drops on the inside of the dome that will diminish light but without that I'd say yer good
sometimes the beans have an issue with breaking through the tissue that holds the first 2 leaves together if you can pry that open they usually fair much better but be warned that it is very delicate and a wrong move will cause death
best bet is to wait up to a week after popping from the ground before trying anything that drastic

i took the dome off completely and im gonna see how that does. and i did pry the shell off of one of them and was very careful about it. I was told they should have been bigger by now, came from the person that i got the beans from.

Any suggestions?
Yep- you're probably keeping the rw cubes too wet and keeping them in too humid conditions.
Cubes must never be saturated- only damp. A 40mm rockwool cube weighs 5g dry, 25-30g when 'damp.' Heavier than that is too wet. Overwet cubes will cause slow growth and may drown the roots, killing the plant.
Stop misting. Open the vents on the humidome if there are any. If none, prop the dome lid up about an inch or so. Once the taproot is established into the rockwool, the humidome can be left off.
