your not showing any preflowers or any thing yet. you can make them start showing if you put them on a 12/12 light cycle. I can't say how long it will take. If the plant is ready it will flower. It would be better to tell if you took a pic up close to the nodes where the leaves are growing out of.

Heres a pic of my mikado its 6 weeks old under a 400 metal h. 4 days into flowering and no signs of gender. last year outdoor went very well 9 ounces from 5 1/2 foot tall plant that was topped only once and in a wide open space. indoor 700-900gr per sq meter and 1000 watt digital enhanced hps

When the plant is more mature, you will want to take clear pictures of the junction of the upper main stem and upper side growth, where preflowers will appear.

im sorry but i dont think you know what your talking about, you cant tell the gender from lookin at the leaves, at least im pretty sure you cant because males and females look basically the same until flowering starts...

after about 4 weeks you should be able to see preflowers..although hard to see without some help(magnification).
But,when you begin flower. you should see signs of sex in a week or two.

It's too early to say... you need to take a clear picture of the limbs coming off the stem too... then people can help you out
