2-4-1 should do the job!

Fish goo in general has too much N for flower esp since you STILL have to provide other nutes and micros. It's not a standalone fert. If you want to go organic for flower, bat guanos come in various nute ratios, or you can mix different ones, but you want the N to be VERY low.
