This is my 3rd week without smoking and since the day I quit, I go to school and do metal working for 5 hrs, I am constantly moving around, lifting heavy objects, sweating outrageously and then go home eat a regular lunch(hot dog, hamburger, etc) Eat wheat/grain bread. Drink large amounts of cranberry juice, later have a small dinner then go running for an hour. Also eat a portion of high fiber fruit a day such as mangos. I also have a pretty fast metabolism. I have 3 more weeks until my pre-employment drug test. Anything else I should do ?

Yeah man, you are on the right track. Do you drink much water? Cut out soft drinks if you haven't already and drinking as much water as possible wouldn't hurt either.
How often do you smoke, or did you prior to the break?

I used to smoke several times a day and I haven't smoked anything for 3 weeks and been doing exactly what I wrote above, I quit drinking soft drinks, only cranberry juice, water, and regular fruit punch.

I used to smoke several times a day
In that case, I would look into a home test first to see.
Also, thought about substitution?

Unless you're packing some serious extra body weight around to store all that thc in, a month and a half should have your system plenty clean. I really don't think you have to stress about it too much.
