alright...i am not going to go on and on and on like the last post i just read and commented on....but isnt it just a plain and simple arguement.....for us "stoners" we enjoy our weed...and we would love to be able to sit and fish at a public place and smoke a bud.....but we cant....isnt it time for the american people to stand up and say that ITS OUR LIFE.....my dad fought proudly in the big red one in vietnam....when he came back he was spit on by his fellow americans....now....he has cancer in his prostate and is being eaten up by what people call "agent orange"....it literally eats away at his insides......but he cant smoke pot.....cuz he will lose his disability aid....so he has to suffer...day in and day out....i say to the american people that dont like us smoking pot...or even cigarrettes....ITS MY FUCKING LIFE.....HOW BOUT YOU GET ONE!!!!!!!!!

Marijuana will probably never be legalized completely in America, that's why I'm moving to Amsterdam as soon as I turn eighteen.

No. Sadly there are those out there who feel that they can lead your life better than yourself. And they have the power. Or at least think they do.

In 20 years I could maybe see it being decriminalized in parts of the US, but I dont see it being legalized any time soon.

Guys, possession, growing, smoking, etc of marijuana is a major issue, but it shouldn't be the main deciding factor as to where you live...move to a completely different country with a completely different culture, just so you can smoke marijuana?

well, i dont want to live in a country so corrupt and blind that they would illegalize weed for their own maniacal purposes

In my many years of smoking I have never been busted and charged with anything. It's all about being a smart smoker. First smart rule of cannabis is, don't become a dealer. It puts a big red target on you and your house, and if you are going to sell, then do it outside of your home so they don't know exactly where you live.

If you choose to grow, tell no one. That's why people get robbed, then when they get robbed, they paranoid and angry, which leads to getting a weapon and maybe using it. There's no need for that. It's simple, tell no one.

Another rule of growing is, be smart with the amount of watts you run each month. People get busted because they think they can bypass a meter and run thousands of watts in their basement, or have an $800 electric bill every month.

A person, with some knowledge, can run 400W of lighting and still manage to get a couple of ounces every few months. If you choose to grow, do it for personal smoking, and in smaller amounts. Use SCrog where you can cram 10 plants in a crawl space with 400w of hps lighting, but TELL NO ONE.

If you buy and smoke, be smart about it. Don't make deals in open areas and don't make it obvious. Kids get busted because they walk around acting like retards when they are high, get busted, then get mad over their own stupidity.

Know your rights and learn them.

Wonder why I am saying all of this? because when people get caught, they get caught for a reason. Yes, I agree, I would love to puff in the wide open but you know, we can't, and that's that, so instead of being angry about it, you adapt to it.

Be a smart stoner. You don't have to move away to another country so you can smoke more free. That's stupid and the thought is silly. Just be smart, don't be stupid, and when you do get caught, instead of getting mad, maybe think about HOW you got caught, and try to avoid doing it next time.

The world isn't that unfair, you just make it hard for yourself. :)

Take care.

Sure wont with that attitude...hopefully the rest thinking like that will move to a-dam too...run away from the problem. It'll be legalized here some day, but not because of you not doing anything about it that's for sure.

ive never been caught and im a very open smoker, i smoke in public, when driving and have been confronted many times by Gardai (Irish Police) while stoned driving and walking, but if you just play it cool all will be cool, well, in Ireland anyway, still annoying that i have to go to a dealer to get smoke rather than a cafe, in saying that flights to Holland are cheap so every once in a while we fly over, spend two days there gettin weed/hash, smoke what we can there and then post home about 20 bags, usually works, only caught once but they cant convict you for it, the law is, you cant be held responsible for what someone else sends you.

i agree, be a smart smoker! but also dont give up the fight to legalize it!

um, ok, have you got a vendetta against me?
it is smart to send the things in the mail because you cannot be caught on it. you cannot be held responsible for what others post to you, hassle free. i support stoned driving, im much better driving stoned as i concentrate a hell of alot more.
