Hi! Spaztastic moron here!
I've been trying to induce flowering in my plant here for the last couple of days. I've been ensuring that they receive no direct light for at least 12 hours.
How long does it take for the actually flowering process to begin to take shape?

By "no direct light" you mean total darkness, right? Because if not, you have a problem.

Isn't there any way you could make it totally light proof? You could end up with hermies if you have light leaks during the flowering stage.

you most likely will end up with a hermie if you have light leaks... either that or some streched out stringy weed.
that said i had some very slight light leaks in my room last cycle and didnt find a single seed and everything went well so who knows
