Hi,

I am considering growing outdoors in a greenhouse. Now supposing I started at beginning of may with a mixed indica/ sativa hybrid.

1) is it reasonable to prune to limit size - if so how is this best done?
2) Will I have to enforce flowering by limiting the sunlight?
3) when is the earliest I can find out if male or female?
4) has anyone experience of caramella?
5) any growing tips??

cheers for any advice.

if you do grow grow an indica, should be ready for autumn/winter, gives a numbing smoke which takes your mind off the shit weather we get here!

you could trim to limit size but you'd maybe be better considering bending it rather than pruning

flowering should occur naturally with the shortening of days

pre-flowers can appear as soon as 3 weeks from planting, just gotta know what to look for

have no experience of caramella sorry

i live down on the southcoast, and have had an outdoor "patch" for the past 4 years.i have always grown high percentage sativa plants as i found the longer flowering indica takes much more flowering time and even down here, the good weather runs out too soon, all that said, you have a green house,i dont.i read somewhere that two crops a year is possible with a green house? if bad weather is on the horizon at the end of september, you could always force them to flower early,as i have this year,so i get my presants early (always good) any way all the best and good luck. keep tokin` n sowin`n growin` rastaman79.
