My partner and I are emigrating from Durban South Africa to Perth in Western Australia. We both smoke doobie on a recreational basis and need to know more about the laws on cannabis use in Western Australia, Perth in particular, I lived in Adelaide S Australia and know the laws there are pretty relaxed and using was not a problem its quite open, but we need to know about Perths rules laws etc
