I'd like to preface this whole thing with one statement: this is not funny. As funny as it sounds, and as much as I hope I will laugh at this in years to come, I'm actually kinda worried.

I was going at it with a very nice girl earlier today, and one way or another (not going into graphic detail here) all of her weight, which is probably about 130 pounds, pulled down on my dick and something popped in my pelvis. It didn't hurt per say, but I lost my erection pretty quickly (something I'd never experienced before). Anyways, I wasn't sure what had happened, and I didnt want to scare her, so I just acted like I had cum, pulled out, and threw the condom away.

The scariest part was when she went down on me a few minutes later, and the stimulation was doing absolutely nothing for me. I was very worried, but after awhile she got me hard, and that ended in the usual manner.

The problem is, now I have a small amount of pain/discomfort in my pelvis, and my equipment seems lopsided.

Has this ever happened to anyone?

Should I go to a hospital?

Jeez, will someone please give me some advice on this? I'm genuinely worried about my physical well being...

And I guess I may as well throw out the fact that we were both tweakin on 2ci when this happened. I'm still a little high right now, so I dunno if I'll be feeling more pain when I come down or not.

I just went for a rather long walk and my mobility is definitely not 100%... walking actually requires an effort right now, which I'm assuming is a bad thing.

Did she come down really hard on you from above, to do it "Cowgirl" style? That can cause serious medical problems if done too roughly. I heard of this before.

Even if it wasn't exactly lke that, it sounds like you should be looked at.

Like the others said, see a doctor and get medical help soon. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice, I'll probably head to the hospital tomorrow...

What actually happened was, I was standing up with her wrapped around me, and when I dropped her on the couch, my member bent away from me inside of her, and thats when I heard/felt the pop.

As long as I come out of this healthy, it'll make quite a story in years to come...

Well to be honest...

I would say leave it for a few days and see how it goes you never know it might get better on its own, but then again this is your dick.. and i dont think you wanna take any chances might as well get it checked up ASAP apart from that theres nothing else i could recommend.. maybe massaging it on a daily basis? :D

wow that really is'nt funny I cringed alittle, but I heard of it happening before im not a doctor but i'm guessing some blood foced into an area where blood isnt supposed to be and that doesnt sound like a long term problem. I agree with campbell wait a week or so and if it doesnt feel better or gets worse go see a doctor...a sexy female doctor ;)

what does it feel like? does it feel like pressure, sorta bordering on pain 'cause it's a lot of pressure? i've experienced something like this once but it went away after a few days... if it persists for a week, get it checked out. make up an excuse, say it was a sports injury or something.

The only thing I know, it's really uncomfortable to get a doctor to check your shit out.. There will be touching involved..

So did you go to the doctor? My guess is you may have sprained the suspensory ligament, a ligament at the base of the penis that helps anchor the penis to the pelvis. When you say your member bent away from you when you put her on the couch it sounds like it bent down and that would be possible to put starin on the ligament.

Why would you hide it from the girl in the first place? Make her feel guilty and think it's her fault, she'll owe you forever :P

Anyways, yeah, get to the hospital.

called a penile fracture. its when a blood vessel rips....look in the darwin awards

or google

Actually is usually involves the tunica albuginea, which is kind of like thick tissue that wraps around the erectile tissue of the penis, or the suspensory ligament.

In a previous post I talked about the suspensory ligament but not the tunica albuginea. Part of the ligament inserts into the tunica albuginea so it can be involved in such an injury. I guess I should have talked about that but I forgot so thanks for bringing it up in a round about way.

Oh, god, I love a man who knows his male pelvic anatomy.

This is not a malicious thread highjack, but I am curious if you know the female pelvis, too, FakeBoobs. (Apart from your noteworthy sexual exploits, that is, which I already know are impressive.) This'll probably be easy for you. What's the commonly used name of the lateral ligaments that connect on each side of the uterus and extend to the lateral walls of the pelvis, essentially forming septum between the anterior and posterior halves of the female pelvis? My anatomy dissection group always felt these were the most aptly named ligaments in the female body.

I was stuck thinking about the levator plate and thinking of the floor of the pelvis for a while then it came to me.

You are referring to the broad ligaments.

Yey!!! You get the gold star!

The good old broad ligaments. Easiest connective tissue anatomical element to remember (and identify) in the female pelvis. Why couldn't they have given other ligaments names like the "upper arm ligament" or the one from this injury topic the "penile suspension ligament." It would make first year anatomy so much easier.

XOX to you, FakeBoobs. Gotta sign off now and see if I can go induce some changes in my husband's corpus cavernosum. . . . we shipped our son off to see his grandparents this weekend. So it's time.

I know a couple dudes that have had a penile fracture. From what Ive heard Its usually the most painful when its a severe fracture halfway down as opposed to the base. Ive come frighteningly close a number of times but Ive been lucky so far...
*shudder*...

How would you fix that? A cast?

How would you fix that? A cast?

Lol thats what I first wondered :p When my friends dad broke his dick they gave him a few different kinds of pills. Basically they serve to constrict the vessels down there to allow the tissue and ligaments to heal faster. In a nutshell.

How would you fix that? A cast?

Sometimes surgery is required.
