me and the lady are going to the beach today. I havnt been since last summer. I have no wetsuit so I dont go surfing any other time, but its a nice day today so we decided to take off. I cant find my board shorts so I have to go buy some new ones before we leave :mad:but its cool.

The beach rules! I live on an island, it's tiny.. I'm surrounded by the beach in every direction.. Even if I don't go for a while I know it's there, it's almost a comfort... I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't live near the sea :P

Yeah, Ocean Beach is still as down as it was 20 years ago...That place is the best..too me at least..

But the ocean is the best...
I love to leave land behind when I paddle out...
it is like you leave everything behind and you think of nothing on the land..a total seperation...even more peaceful than hiking for me...:)

It was cool, cause after new years everybody just drags them to the curb for the trash men to get them, but they never want to pick them up, so we just toss them in the gutter and burn them. It's usually a contained fire. But we do just light them with our Bic like a fuse and run a distance. . .

i live in jacksonville Fla, they have a couple good ones beside jacksonville beach, like ponte verda beach and Neptune beach...there all the same to me.

I dont live near the coast, but I wakesurf. Anyone else? Don't have to sit around waiting for the right wave, you fuckin make it! I still make it to the beach a few times a year though... I love the water, practically grew up on boats...
