Yeah, not a big deal. It's distracting if you have a full bladder beforehand, and that keeps it from being as fun because with the pressure and touching, it just makes you more aware of needing to go pee. That's why a bathroom visit beforehand is important.

If I'm going to the bathroom before sex of any kind is imminent, I'm very keen about washing off afterwards very thoroughly. I think most women are very conscious about that. Even if it's only 10 minutes after a shower.

The men I know aren't nearly so fastidious.
