I've been saving seeds lately and I want to try planting some on a clearcut near my parents house. Before I do though, I'd like to ask a few questions about growing outside since I'm new at this.

First thing, I was wondering how much I need to fertilize and water them. The less the better, because I won't be back there all that much.

Also, I was wondering what would happen if the cops found my plants. Is it likely that they would set up a trap and wait for me to water them? Or just pull them up? I have a pretty good method devised to cover my tracks.

the cops could do either, wait for you or rip them up. just dont tell any one that they are there. they are likely to survive if you dont water them but wont get the optimum size. make sure to water at first, when you plant them. when you go to your plants, take a slightly different path each time to avoid making a path. get some slow release fertilzer or plant spikes if you arent planning on visiting or taking care of them often.
