quick question plz help me

well i smoke every day for about 3 months.

i need to take a piss test, i plan on substitution.
i put on a couple pair of tighty whiteys.
i crotch the piss, "what do i put my friends piss in? any ideas"
i pour it in the cup.

do u think a thermometer would be good to regulate the temperature?
or like a heat wrap or somthing? the only way they would fail me is if the temp isnt right
