In order to quit something, you must want to. One of my friends had an argument with me that ended quickly.
Friend: you're addicted to weed,man
Me: no, I am not.
Friend: then, why don't you quit?
Me: Buddy, you play an awful lot of WoW; why don't you quit?
Friend: I don't want to.
Me: exactly.

Sweetie, cannabis is NOT physically addicting. It IS psychologically addicting. I have a cousin who is psychologically (and possibly physically) addicted to Pepsi- he always has at least 6 CASES of it in his house. If you quit "cold turkey", you will be grumpy for a couple of days- nothing more! No big deal. When I run our (which is rare, since I grow) it's "Fark! I'm out. OK, get on with your life" and I find something else that I need to do (like clean the house, do some art, etc). No sweats, no shakes, no cramps- it's just all psychological. It's no big deal! Go exercise, if you have some problems- endorphins will take care of them. Quit or not as you please. I've been toking for 40 years and I love it!- Granny:hippy:
