the weather is perfect and the mountains and beaches are calling

if all you stoned people can find a minute to take a cool picture
of where you went or doing something crazy and then on tuesday
show what you got

Actually, I am not looking anymore...Just got my job back from a company that I left in the beginning of the year...which means I will be staying in hotels a lot, again...also, got my side business, which always throws in a few dollars...looks like I am back on my money quest again...getting back into real estate and seeing what I can do there..the housing market is bouncing back..I can feel it:hippy:

I was showing my place 1 and 2 times a day for 3 weeks and the some dumb idiot puts a down payment on it then backed out... it's like the whole world stopped now and I haven't showed it in a week and a half,,,the Realtor was counting money that was not his yet and stopped dead on marketing the place...

You may have to re-list it with another realtor...are you on a 45 day? Otherwise, I would be on his/her ass everyday to see what they are doing to help sell it...just another fine example of poor customer service...

Memorial Day we went boating on a beautiful mountain lake. The weather couldn't have been better, about 90 degrees. And here is the rainbow trout I caught( and tossed back again, poor fella!) Had a freakin' blast!

Photo 1 - The house i used to live in when i was a little kid... Used to be a nice neighborhood but it is not a great place to be now...
Photo 2 - The gas station i frequent for various alcohol and tobacco products as well as slushees and hot dogs and/or twizzlers.
Photo 3 - A few houses in my 'hood, the middle one is the house that Krayzie Bone used to live in as a kid...
Photo 4 - Wade Park, predominantly orthodox jewish area in the middle of the ghetto...
