ph levels for ionic

Hi can anyone tell me what the ph levels are in ionic,just i've just tested mine and it's suppose to be for soil so i'm thinking this should be around 6.5 to 7 but it's only showing as 2.9

ionic what? the fertilizer ionic? or an ionic solution? which would be pretty much anything that is soluble in a polar solvent... ?????
