ok, i'm in socal, near the beach, and will be growing organically in soil in cabinets (wardrobe-type cabs) in the garage; it looks like my first plant will be a bubba kush clone so i'm thrilled; oh, i'm a legal med patient

ok, now i'm near the ocean and it doesn't get too hot here, but still, the garage has no ventilation and i want some serious air for the cabs; noise isn't an issue, though it'd be nice if the fans didn't sound like jet engines

anyway, i'll have a veg cab and a flower cab; veg cab will have cfl's or possible flouro tubes, the flower cab will have a 250w hps; the cabs will be about 3x2x5 or so; anyway, especially for the flower cab i need serious air movement; what would y'all suggest? i want a good, reliable fan, and i want to move a lot of air to keep things cool and bring fresh air in (passive intake i was thinking, just a lot of holes)

i was looking at squirel cage fans and they might be right, but i wonder how loud they are? is it more airflow than i need? (probably there's no such thing, eh?) they're more expensive than i like though; are there cheaper alternatives?

i really don't want to spend more than $100 on fans if i can avoid it (veg cab won't need as serious ventillation of course

ok, thoughts?

you might try some 120vac case fans heres a link to some very cheap and should work well in a cabinet grow they are smaller and will take up much less room when directly mounted to the wall or top of the cab http://www.minute-man.com/acatalog/120V_AC_Fans.htm
